Sky fibre max problems

[link to this post]

Hoping someone can confirm I need to contact sky about dropping out problem.

For more than a month I have had problems with both wired and wireless drop outs. My Tv is wired and I have problems with everything I watch on Netflix, the buffering problem is unreal. It all worked fine when installed a few months back. I started to monitor the connection a few hours ago and I attach the link. Looks like I have a major problem.

Monitor link

Thanks
John

Have you taken any basic steps to look into this ?

Is the landline working and noise free ?

Have you tried the self help tests via the Sky app, this will even raise a fault with Openreach if it sees fit.

Have you called Sky and asked them ?

Also need to rule out that there is a not a massive cloud backup going up. Filling the upload can cause latency issues and buffering problems

Yep .... seeing that issue far more often now ...

it seems a shame that ISP help desks arenít a little more clued up to spotting it.

Two of our pc's downloaded windows updates yesterday, was thinking the connection was slow until I shutdown one.
