Is there a way of finding out if a cabinet has G.INP / ReTx ?

Your cabinet is IFTN as seen in your post.

This is an ECI cabinet and the ECI cabinets don't have G.INP (apart from a handful of users who still have it from old trials).

All Huawei (BDCM) cabinets have G.INP/Retx.
