Sanity Check please

(apologies if this is the wrong forum this is my first post)

I am having ongoing issues with my virgin 350 install. The one thing I cannot get my head around is that pings from the hub are losing about 30% packets on average. Virgin are telling me that this is not a problem but it sounds like I am getting the run around.

My understanding was that in an ideal world all packets would return and the min/med/max should be close to identical values.

This is what I just got when pinging directly from the hub.

Are you using WiFi or ethernet connection?

If your using the ping tool within the Hub's web interface then don't, it doesn't work.

What do you get when testing on a PC using ethernet cable?

its actually fine when using a pc. didnt even think to try that before as I assumed it would be more effective measuring directly from the hub.

From your signature you have the same v350 as me. Can you confirm that you get similar garbage reports when using ping on your hub.

And if you could be so kind as to take a look at my bqm and let me know if it is similar to yours.

I do get the same garbage on my hub 4 and also used to get it on the hub 3,
