Security cameras

[link to this post]

I am trying to install an iegeek outdoor camera in the UK on an EE fibre network using their smart hub router.

I can set up the camera wired by ethernet then set it up on wifi. I can then see the camera on the EE network over wifi but it won’t connect on another (e.g. 4G) I have the camera beside the router for testing so the signal is very strong.

I have two other iegeek cameras ethernet cabled at this location which have worked perfectly for years and I have two more set up over wifi at a house in Spain they work perfectly as well. However viewing them on the EE network the Spanish ones keep dropping out. They do not drop out on 4G or other broadband networks.

So I think its a problem with the settings on my EE smart hub router But I don’t know how or what to change.

Can you help?

Thanks

Mark
