Can someone direct me to a resource that can put these statistics in some kind of context? E.g. does my line look healthy or do I have issues?
What happens is I've had a few disconnections and the router thinks there is no DSL circuit available (down), rebooting the router or restarting the xDSL interface does nothing. Plusnet have a service where I can text my phone number and they do some kind of tests in the background. After this by some miracle my VDSL service springs back to life. This has now happened on 3 occasions over the last 6 weeks.
I've not had any reasonable explanation as to why this keeps happening however until recently my service has been flawless.
