i have the above mentioned router from shell which are on talktalk network and on fibre to the cabinet and two queries
nowhere on or in the router does it mention any brand other than technicolor
it is on the Damson 19.4 firmware
query 1
as my go live date was scheduled for today from an dormant connection which was previously on fibre shell switched the line on yesterday a day early [no complaint there] however the router and speeds are showing and indicating PPoA ADSL_plus2 interleaved with no option i can locate to date for change to PPoE fibre
i phoned shell CS and they had me on hold for a little while and came back and said openreach put me on a copper and are still working on the line and the router will automatically change from PPoA ADSL _plus2 to PPoE fibre when openreach connect me to fibre
is the agent correct and this is a new to me feature i have not come across before...??

yes the agent is correct insomuch that the ADSL - VDSL did auto update on ths technicolor DGA0122

in the GUI WAN Services section under the show advanced options > settings NAT configuration
NAT is on

there are quite a few on by default and some off by default
