Can't login to Giganet router before Openreach install

So I have received in the post the router from Giganet which is their Technicolour DGA4134NLK.

Before the Openreach engineer comes tomorrow, I'd like to have the WiFi SSIDs changed to ones of my choosing and tried logging in to the router via 192.168.1.1.

The homepage comes up but the combination of:

U: admin
P: ** access key ** (printed on router label)

Doesn't work at all. I've tried admin/admin with no joy either.

Should I expect that password to be set *before* I've been connected? EG will it be remotely provisioned in some way when plugged in to the ONT or should it just work out of the box? I'll give Giganet a call first thing tomorrow and put their support to the test which to be honest I hadn't expected to be doing so soon. 😂

Would love to hear from any recent Giganet customers on their experiences.

So problem solved. I *did* have one character in lower case that should have been upper (facepalm)

Looks like some sleep did the trick as I was able to login first thing this morning/
