Falconnet Webmail

Hello,

I'm new here for the last number of years I've been using falconnet webmail linked into Thunderbird and as I was a falconnet customer before joining BT.

Now yesterday I changed my falconnet password on the falconnet webmail http://mail.falconnet.co.uk/

but I forgot my password and I can't reset.

I read a few weeks ago that they where changing over a new company or server if my memory serves me correctly.

So can anyone help me please?
