I am not sure anyone can help, but thought I would give it a go. We have BT Halo and when we upgraded got EE link hub and an Alexa phone. We have 3 floors to our house and NEED phone on each floor, so BT tech helped me link other house phones to the BT hub. Things have been fine till 12.15 am today... I know when the internet failed because the Alexa phone still says 12.15am. The EE link has worked so I do have internet connection...
I say I, I am the only one using technology in this house! Husband has no mobile phone and hates the 'play stations' he uses the phone... Is there anyway I can get the phone back for him, or will he have to wait till the BT issue is sorted? I would be grateful for any advice, at our age, things like this can be so frustrating!
