Sorry if this post is in the wrong Forum but I did a search and coudn't find a related topic.
Since the beginning of December the usual graph profile has changed and made the internet almost unusable at most times of the day after about 3pm with download speeds less than 1. My connection rate is 6144/448. Unable to contact "support" at Post Office although I'm still trying. Just done a speedtest and this is the graph:

Can anyone advise if this is screaming out anything which may help to identify what the problem might be when I eventually contact Support. I should add that the BT Wholesale speedtest will not complete for further diagnostics and it states it hasn't the information for my line!
Please note I'm really not very knowlegeable about broadband and computers - I just want to be able to use it!
