Jumping on people...

Hi,

Can we please stop jumping on people who have a problem with confrontational replies. This puts them off posting again which is why many may disappear after the first post. Just because it's someone's first post doesn't make it a fake one. Even the best companies have problems so it's not unexpected to have a few people who are unhappy. Finding out more about the problem (like the ISP staff seem to do) is a far better way to do this.
