Virgin Media V Stuff back-up

I was using this product to back up my files, but in early May noticed that whenever I updated a file. V stuff gave the new version a temporary name - "Copy (n) of filename" - which in due course it deleted leaving only the out-of-date version on the back-up.

Several other people have noticed the same problem but so far Virgin Media have not come up with a solution and they still advertise V Stuff as a working product!

I advise anyone who is using this product to check to see if they are suffering from the same problem, and if so, use an alternative back-up system.

VM have still to fix this product. I find it amazing that they still advertise automatic backup on their website although it is obviously not fit for purpose.
