2 days after starting the cancellation process a lady telephoned me to see if she could dissuade me from leaving and made me an offer of a fiver off the broadband per month and a branded self heating mug, ok I said.
However they sent me a cup instead which was a complete waste of time as this cup only kept my tea warm for 15 minutes, so I sent it back.
The next day I rang them asking them about my mug and they replied the self heating mugs had caught fire and the warehouse burnt down.
I was really looking forward to having one of those mugs, typical.
