Post Officer Home Phone Switch (not recommended)

Ok so i ordered my phone to be switched from BE to PO

Haha what a joke

got a letter a week later saying theres a problem

so i phone them clicking option 3 as the letter states after waiting 20mins @ 7p a min i might add

he tells me i'm in the wrong dept

=/

i phone up the (according to him ) correct dept another 25mins on the phone someone picks up then puts the phone down again

a complete joke

don't think i'll be switching to PO anymore

damn just think if i had a line problem :@

Can't tell from your post if you have actually switched to the PO.

If you have, the Forums seem to say that the service is good.

could not get a hold of anyone helpful with nearly an hour of waiting then hung up on

so they'll cancel my order

so the letter says

but tbh i don't care anymore

just making people aware of this shocking CS.

WLR which is what the phone would have been should be pretty simple to achieve, over five million lines using it in the UK.

As with any service the key factor is how they handle the occassional problem. In this case it seems not brilliantly.

Been with them since 25/11/08 and have had reasonable service


The transfer over was good broadband and phone all as predicted

Been with BT forever and always had excellent service . I would need very strong reasons to move away from them for a couple of quid a month.
