I have seen them working for last few weeks in Drake Road, Chafford Hundred on the green cabinets, today see Open Reach working on corner of Mayflower Rd near Chafford Station.....

They do like all that info before they go ahead, yes its a bit of a hurdle, but careful reading of the stickies is very important on their forum.

Sadly there is no existing cabinet anywhere near mayflower/hedingham road. Wish there was cos I live about 150m from it. All the new fttc cabinets are now in place but I don't think the power has been connected up yet.

It is quite depressing because the 4 cabs they are not doing serve about a third of the homes in all of chafford. I have written to the head guy at BT but had no response. BTcare are going to look into it for me, but I suspect it will simply be a "Not at this time" reply from them. I probably do live near you, I live in rawlyn close.

yes nearest cabinet looks like end of Mayflower Rd, on the corner heading to The Station.
I am extremley close to the Prim School...
Interesting read though, what you have put on here....
There was I getting all excited seeing those green cabinets...lol
