For everyone's attention, we have used BeThere for over 4 years now, both at home and at work. For the last 2 years I have been unable to acces the office from home due to routing issues which they don't want to resolve.
However, the best was today when I called regarding the intermittent access to the Internet at the office....
A pre-recorded message stating there is occasional packet loss on all networks...
When I spoke to a member of support staff and explained that it meant for us every other packet was getting lost, making the Internet connection unuseable, the answer was 'yes, we know about it, there are currently 2 issues we have been dealing with for the last 4 days and we don't have a time to fix it'....
Great, so we cannot use the Internet for a random amount of time. Yo would think that as BeThere is unbundled they would be able to sort out a problem with their own kit?
And... no compensation available either - glad I don't run my business the way these guys do!
