I'm trying to switch form Orange to Virgin and cancel my contract with Orange earlier.
Unfortunetly Orange want to charge me for earlier cancellation on £91.53 and for another £29.69 for MAC code reclaim (I think thats how they call it) becouse switching to Virgin I don't need a MAC code any longer.
So ok a may pay this £91.53 becouse Virgin offer me a £65 to repay this.
But why I have to pay for a MAC code or it is some other fee for resign from their phone line.
I forgot to add that I will be charget £29.69 even my contract come to the end and I don't pick any other ISP provider.
Please help to understand what all this charges mean.
