Been a talk talk customer for a number of years now,and really wish I wasn't.
Came home from work on Thursday to a letter from Talk Talk reminding me that I needed to make a payment soon, or my service would be suspended. Letter was dated 4th April, and arrived on the 12th, cannot entirely blame Talk Talk but I am guessing thy use the cheapest postal service available, but it gets worse. Tried to make a call and service has been suspended, picked up my debit card, to make a payment, and was told by the person on the phone that all their systems were down, I should call back tomorrow and the phone goes down.
Called back Friday, same thing happens again, finally got through to them this morning, made a payment and told my service would be resumed "within 24 hours" it came back two hours later.
How can an organisation as big as Talk Talk have no ability to take payments and return service for over TWO DAYS, and back up plan? Will be moving away from them this weekend!
