Virgin doubled our broadband speed from 30Mbps to 60Mbps at the end of April and the downstream speed did indeed double, however the upstream speed, which had been a consistent 3Mbps, REDUCED to 2.8Mbps. There is no noticeable beneficial effect arising from the downstream speed doubling, however it is the upstream speed adverse effect which is most noticeable. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? We are in the HP2 postcode area.
