yes i know all about BT owning plusnet, silly i know but plusnet give me a good service and i disagree with comments that their support is poor, i have found their support rather good. Also if not tied into a contract with plusnet so i only need give 30 days notice if i was to want to leave.

But guys i dont want to talk about plusnet plusnet are nice, my beef is with BT.

I just wondered what rights i have.. also can i claim any compen from this ?

If you look, you will see I WAS referring to B.T. But not beef!

Just logged into my bt account today to find they have today signed me up for new broadband ... what a joke .......... disgusting
