Compulsary gripe

I just completed the TBB survey of our feelings about our broadband experience. I was happy to say my experience had improved over the year having just being upgraded to 120Mb. However I was not pleased with the other question asking me what was my main gripe with my ISP. I wasn't given the choice of saying I had no gripe.

Similar situation here. Speeds at 11.5 Meg, but did have 12.5 Meg at one time. Lack of FTTC in a semi-rural area, but I'm not a heavy user. Next to no downtime over the past few months. Can't really complain too much.

We demand a 'happy' option now!

Why does it say "Promised" speed and not "estimated" speed? :/
