No compensation when you lose internet for a week, Glenn Cash their customer services. Manager will contact you and then knowing your parent is in intensive care sends emails as below
[email protected]
"If you want to throw your toys out of the pram then you are barking up the wrong tree, I just work here, and I sleep well at night with the knowledge that I do all I can to help people.
I would thank you to not send anything further to my email address."
http://www.ispreview.co.uk/review/products/544.html for full review and thankfully I'm migrating away from them.
"If you worked for our company you'd be grovelling an apology or on the dole queue, seeing as you don't have either a shred of decency or compassion- maybe a bit of negative publicity will help.
The review trends right under vivaciti on google search with zero effort as I wait and see if my Dad will live or die."
"I am sorry your dad is unwell. However, If you was my son I would be ashamed of you for using me as an excuse for your inappropriate behaviour and language. You need to see a councillor and stop pestering honest people.
Future emails from you will go straight into the junk folder." [email protected]
Glenn Cash simply wanted to dump me as a Customer, I'm sure the fact my review trends on google is the only reason I received a reply, I don't need some condescending self righteous compassionless egotistical piece of fecal matter giving me advice.
All I wanted was common decency, a guide of when the best time to migrate for a service I paid for to get my moneys worth- you'd have thought an internet company would understand the internet- obviously not.
