BT the worst customer support in the world.

My router keeps locking up and my connection dropped for 3 hours last night. After calling all day and finally getting an answer i`m told that there computers are down and to call back later.
I have now been on the phone for 35 mins and there is still no answer. There also seems to be no customer support in the U.K at all. All I can do now is complain to OFCOM and OFT as I am getting no help or even an answer from BT.

Don't select any options when you call, you will eventually end with a UK support operator.

I have spent an hour waiting for the call to be answered tonight and still no joy. BT are in my view the worst company on the planet.

Now an hour and a half and still no answer!.


EDIT:I just gave up at 1 hour 50 mins.

I will just call OFCOM in the morning and get the contract desolved.(I know its not that easy but it starts the ball rolling).

I could be wrong as I have never had cause to do so, but Ofcom state on their website that they do not handle individual complaints, so I don't think you will get anywhere with that.
