Post Office take over from Fuel

Has anyone else who was with Fuel noticed a significant drop in speeds since PO took over? I have. "Catch up" TV is often spooling and I have had to reduce quality. Previous to the 1st August take over I regularly exceeded 10/11 mbps some times upto over 12mbps on the standard dsl offering. Now its always less than 10 and has been as low as 5. I do know it can vary on outside factors but wondered if anyone else had noticed anything?

Are you seeing full speed at off peak times?

I have tested the speeds at various times and seems never to peak over 10mbps now. Saturday/Sunday mornings 8am no better. Disconnected all my other phones in house etc. just router into main socket - still 9.5mbps is best. I usually got over 11mbps from Fuel.
Interestingly now "Speedtest" tells me I'm with TalkTalk (Arrrgh - left them 2 years ago - another story!), why?

Both Fuel and The Post Office use TalkTalk Infrastructure to provide their BB services.
