Hi there,
I'm currently in the process of switching providers and was due to switch yesterday the 11th however bt attempted to take over the line twice in preparation for the switch and for some reason this was rejected and this date all fell through. Now BT have have rescheduled to switch on the 27th of this month but in the mean time sky have disconnected my phone and broadband on the date of the original switch.
I've contacted BT an they have managed to bring it forward by two days.
Does anyone have any info that can help speed up the process as living with teenage daughters and no Internet could mean this will be my last Christmas lol.
