Our connection has been appalling for several weeks, some days it simply doesn't go anywhere. I had to call TalkTalk on several occasions. Two of us must keep working in this home, no internet is not an option.
We moved to Virgin fiber broadband + phone a couple of days ago. Since the phone number was carried over by Virgin, I'm supposed to contact TalkTalk (https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Cancel-your-TalkTalk-service/ta-p/2204737) .
But how to contact TalkTalk, when there's no chat or email address? Is there a postal address for complaints and cancellations?
