If your allocated static IP is in the range 51.155.196.0 - 51.155.255.255, then setting your reverse DNS (RDNS) on the Zen customer portal is a waste of time... the ARPA DNS records maintained by Zen are missing for that range and it won't be sorted until Monday at the earliest because no-one able to fix it works at the weekends!
RDNS for the affected IP addresses therefore works on Zen's own name servers but not for anyone else on the Internet. See
