Vodafone high packet loss

As you can see I'm having pretty unnormal packet loss with the vodafone 900 fibre this never happened until last night am not sure the reason behind this but did some research, could it possibly be my stepdad torrenting alot?
This never happened usually I can stream play and download if I wanted to but for some reason something happened last night am not sure if it's vodafone or our net

Has your public IP changed?

My ip does change idk why sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't, when I would log into steam for example sometimes it would promt me I'm like half way across uk for some reason

That's might be what's happened. The BQM is pinging an IP that isn't active any more, hence the solid red timeouts.

Would me going through the admin part on browser logging onto my broadband internet and changing to a static ip help, would this have a impact of any sorts?

You'd need to ask your ISP for a static IP. Either that, or set up a DDNS service, and have the BQM ping the DNS address.

In theory it shouldn't take long at all, but that depends on the ISP doing the work to assign it.

Some ISPs also charge for it, or won't provide one at all.
