My working line take-over from Coms to XILO happened today, without a hitch. I got them to reduce the SNRM from 12dB (the default setting when the line was changed over) to 6dB, which I was on before, and line speed is now perfectly acceptable. As for throughput, well, time will tell!

Support and sales staff all very helpful, and the hosting account set-up wizard was - er- wizard! I now have email hosted by my ISP again, wow.

Thanks to everyine at XILO / Uno for making this happen.

Andy
