im still waiting for a reply from ofcom about a letter i sent in.

PC SPEC
AMD Athlon 64 4200+ AM2 Dual Core, ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe 570 NForce Mainboard, 2GB DDR 2 667Mhz OCZ Ram, 730GB Hard Disk Space, 512mb NVidia 8500GT PCI-E 16x Graphics, 700watt PSU.

Virgin Media 10mb which is now 20mb :-)

Been using CATV for years with few problems been back to ADSL a few times and currently have 20mbps cable and 4.4mbps BT Home Hub.

that advert was actually for Virgin Mobile, it just uses the same style as Virgin Media

Im sorry but I respect anyone who actually sits there and listens to the [censored] CSA's have to on a daily basis and have no control over. Have you ever worked in a call centre it requires a great deal of staying power imo.

What is the point in your post?
