I put a file onto download and it goes to 908K almost imediatly and stays there and does this with almost every file i download. I have tried resetting the modem twice and makes no difference.
Before this when VM fixed the 20mb problem in my area i was back downloading at around 1.7mb

Virgin Media 10mb which is now 20mb :-)
