"DO YOU WORK FOR VIRGIN MEDIA? "

"i pay for 4mb and without telling me they drop my connection to 2mb (all day)"

This is categorically NOT the case. Clearly you didn't bother to read the link I posted which explains how traffic management work.

If you're experiencing slower speeds constantly then there may be a problem with your connection.

I agree that when the management was implemented, VM should have made everyone aware of it, by at least sending an email as they did with the change to the support number.

I personally think its wrong that users are expected to have to check their website for any changes, so you may have a reasonable argument in your case.

Good luck.

"as i told them i was rallying support on this website"

Oh well, can't have it always can you.

"VM HAVE TODAY ADDED THE RESTRICTION POLICY ,YESTERDAY IT WASN'T THERE"

What this actually means is you were too stupid to look for it and find it before I showed you where it was today.

Impl[bemented.

Matters not, we're all subject to Terms and Conditions which in themselves are subject to change - Telewest/Virgin changed these T&Cs some time ago and I believe people had a month to leave without penalty.

In short you missed the boat.

"can't understand why your so upset,"

you're.

Probably for the very same reason that you're unable to:

A) Say how you've noticed this speed drop if all you are doing is surfing the web
B) Understand that these T&Cs changed sometime ago
C) Realise that the limits are clearly stated on Virgin's webpage, and have been for some time
D) post in an intelligent manner.
