I'm trying to get on to cable but its proving a nightmere.
I live on a street which HAS cable my neighbour has it and the box is just 20 yrds from my door. However i'm not on there system as my house has another postcode. It's an old house built before the others in the area so i can see why, its just listed under the old system.
I rang VM and explained they told me to speak to some people who would come out and analysis the location and get me an answer. I was forwarded but the line went dead.
Anyone one know what this department is i need or got any tips for this situation. Driving me nuts. I'm paying a fortune for a rubbish old copper line on the limit of the MAX noise limit of DSL.
