Anyone on here using a V+ box know how to wipe out the 4 digit code that you input to set the remote to controll the TV volume so that it is back to the state when i was given the box and remote.
I forgot to turn the output volume from the V+ box up before i set it to work my tv volume and now i can't get any sound, there is no button on the V+ box to press and no setting in the audio and visual display setting.
Phoned up Virgin and got a very un-helpfull scouser bird who insisted that the V+ box does not have it own volume output when i have been using it for the last 2 days.
