Slower speed

For the past month, the download speed drops form 2Mb to 1Mb after a few minutes of connection. I have sent an email to CS but no reply yet. Do you experience the same sort of speed drops and is there any solution?

last email i sent to CS im still waiting a reply from and that was in March 2006

PC SPEC
AMD Athlon 64 4200+ AM2 Dual Core, ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe 570 NForce Mainboard, 2GB DDR 2 667Mhz OCZ Ram, 1050 GB Hard Disk Space, 512mb NVidia 8500GT PCI-E 16x Graphics, 700watt PSU.

Virgin Media 10mb which is now 20mb :-)

Lots of people have speed problems with vm I'm afraid. Parts of their network seem to be oversubscribed whilst others appear to be ok.
