Ahh in that case your account is specifically set up to have dynamic IP, I think I totally misunderstood what the thread was about. If your account is set to have dynamic IP address then you will probably get a different IP address each time you reconnect. The dynamic pool has to be declared to RIPE if it is a public IP address being assigned to end user. However even with static IP addresses, they are registered with RIPE as dynamic pools, but ISP assign them to end user in a static way using radius.
