Do they send bills these days?

Was with NTL a few years back and always got a monthly bill.

Do VirginMedia send out bills these days or is there a URL to see it electronically?

I still receive paper bills - I had one last week. It is a waste of paper, though. I receive very few paper bills from utilities now, but then it is useful to have one or two on paper as banks still insist on seeing them if you want to open an account, etc.

I still get a paper bill for the phone, and when they remember, I get an email to tell me they're taking the money for broadband, and approximate date.

I've just got BB, so I should expect an email rather than a bill?

I've only got broadband too, and I receive paper bills! I did start the connection when they were still NTL, so don't know if it could be related to that.
