20 Meg not available

Hi everyone, I am a Virgin XL customer and have been waiting for the 20 meg upgrade. From what I can tell this should now of happened.

I have followed the advice of rebooting the modem TNA. Still only getting a 4 meg speed. Even tried plugging directly in the modem and get no joy.

Can anyone confirm if the rollout is complete and if so, do I need to do anything else.

If you're on the 4mb package at the moment then you aren't getting upgraded to the 20mb service. You are going on a new tier which is 10mb in speed. To see you area has been upgraded see THIS page.

Just realised. I thought I was on XL but I am not. Remembered that I changed down to the L package when I moved. Ignore me for being a muppet. Great first post.

On the positive side...things can only improve
