Virgin Billing

Anyone know how i can talk to someone who is english when ringing the VM billing team?? The non-english ppl are no help what so ever grrrr

Sorry , that's a very sore point with me at present. Was trying to explain that I needed the account transferred to my name following my husband's death.

The gentleman in wherever insisted he could do nothing for me since I didn't know the password and could not transfer me to a UK call centre [ I'm deaf, so the accent was also difficult ] He kept insisting I had to ask my deceased husband for the password !!

I gave up and finally e-mailed Virgin , the forms arrived and hopefully the transfer is now going ahead

Well i just found their billing number and rang them.. English ppl! yay!

but didnt get anywhere

My bill is a tad high and im stuggling to keep up but im getting there. My account was suspended yesterday as i went over my credit limit, thanks to phone calls! so i rang and paid £40, now today my bill has come though and im at £101 and my limit is £90. I explained i can make another payment of £40+ in 3 days time but they wont do anything to help me out soo tomorrow ill be suspended again! ugh..

Im supprised they wont rise the limit to £110 for me for a few days then drop it back to £90 again.. oh well.. *sigh*

thats £29 a month.. my phone bill is only £24.. hmm but thats £33 with the £9 line rental..
