What kind of [censored] are VirginMedia ?

Having made some enquiries about my bill a week ago and not heard anything, I am half asleep at 9.30am SUNDAY (today) and the phone rings and it is VirginMedia wanting to speak about the queries. THIS despite the fact I asked them to reply by email. Have these people got ANY brains between them ??????
