Just been on the phone to ask them to change my account so I no longer have the phone service expecting them to charge the new 20Mb rate but was told that my 20Mb would be £37 on it's own instead of £33 with the phone. Told them it was only £30 for new users but the said I could not have that price. Cancelled the account.
