When I moved to VirginMedia, one reason was that the were promising 200 MB free webspace.
However, I was given an NTL account with 50 MB.
They said at the time that all users would migrate to having 200 MB sometime in 2010.
So I tried to find out when.
First reply from India - you need to create a VirginMedia email account.
I did that - so I now have two email accounts - one NTL, one VirginMedia.
BUT I can only access the FPT site for my old NTL account.
And that's strictly limited to 50 MB - try to upload more, and it throws you off.
Several more tries on their helpline have got me nowhere, and very frustrated.
Anyone else tried to get info on how to get the promised 200 MB webspace?
