I placed an order for 50Mbit broadband yesterday in preparation for the house move. The confirmation email said that I should receive my contract and router soon and that I should sign and return the contract ASAP.
Problem: I don't live at my new house yet and won't live there until September - around 2 days before the physical installation. So, I want my contract and router delivered to my CURRENT address. Is this possible?
The "customer services", all of whom had a very heavy accent and didn't understand a word I was saying (and vice versa), said it will be delivered to my installation address - where I don't yet live... and it's not possible to change it because it's all "automatic". The lady didn't even bother checking my details.
So - is it possible to have the router/contract delivered to my current address?
