Love being shafted - Thanks!

New customers. 6 months 1/2 price for all services (£24.46). Free install and £50 credit.

Me paying £45 a month for broadband alone.

okay so that's for less speed etc but that's not the point. I get 1 service for the price others get 3. even the price when I was on 10MB was more than it is to new customers without a discount.

Nice.. love it.. NOT

VM need to get over this practice I do agree somewhat, especially when you consider they simply severely oversubscribing some areas like this.

They seem to be full of tricks.

I had a housemate move in. I had to sign a wayleave agreement so that he could have his phone line installed in his room from his old address so that he didn't have to pay cancellation fees. The engineer disconnected my phone line and fed it to his and then changed it over at the junction box thingy.

6 months on and VM tell me that this is not allowed and it's 1 service per household. They also told me that they would send out an engineer to basically " see if I was lying" about my phone line and they never turned up. Yet I am still being charged for the phone line.

I only have broadband and yes they are the best at the moment but as soon as the councils fibre OR BT Infinity start to go active in my street (2012 for council one, not sure on INfinity) then I am leaving VM in the blink of an eye. I have the BT CAB outside my house so Should get top speeds.

What did VM say when you spoke to them about the differences in the prices?
