How to get virgin to cable street..

Hi guys, i live in Derry, we got cabled here years and years ago by a Company Cabletel who then went to NTL and are now Virgin


They done 90% of the town, but the residents in my current street apposed to them digging up back then (they didn't know about the future capabilities of it all they though it would just be stupid TV)

Anyway i have a cabinet infront of my house (its empty) it isnt even locked, but its all ducted in just missing the contents....seems like it would be easy enough to wire it up, as all the streets around me are cabled and the manhole covers run along the end of the road.

Thats the cabinet.... has anyone go the email or page where i can request to get cabled, i live within 20m of that cabinet and its abit annoying
