Excellent - welcome to VM!

Let us know how the installation goes and what you think of the service after a few days?

Given that 10MB/s = 80Mb/s, I reckon a lot of people with the 50Mb service would be happy with that!

It didn't get installed.
It's weird. It seems my house is not wired for it. But their website says, I should get it. The engineer is looking into it.

When I signed into My Virgin Media. I get:
Account disconnected.
Your account has been disconnected. You can access your Virgin Media Mail and apps, like Backup & Storage, for up to 90 days after your disconnection date. Please ensure that you retrieve all important emails and files before this time.

So I think it was cancelled.

Thanks everyone.
I have ordered Virgin Media now. My slow speed has been annoying me for a while. Now I will get 50MB laugh

That's what you thought - but we're talking Virgin here - hope it gets sorted - stay patient - you'll need to with Virgin's customer service staff - & be prepared for wireless droputs if you're getting a superhub

Congratulations!

Are you happy with the speed of your connection?
Try checking your speed connecting to the London server on Speedtest.net?
