Are VM just stupid or arrogant

I keep receiving calls from Virgin Media from 0800 052 2160. Each time I have asked them to email as prefer that ,yet they say "we dont email mail. I cancelled one of my phone lines other day and so far received 12 calls in 4 days. They can [censored] off as far as I am concerned and harass someone else.

There stupid lol we was customers for 16 years (cable) and they used to ring up and say switch to VM we can offer you fantastic deals. id go we are with you for all 3 services and have been for 16 years. they'd be like are you crazycrazy lol so yea there just stupid.
