Well,

I've postponed my upgrade frown

Tho I would be grateful for those on superhubs to share their experiences when VM finally do get some decent firmware installed!

Many thanks guys.

got the shub here and having no problems with it...does what it is supposed to do..

i dont use wireless so i have that switched off...all devices are hardwired using ethernet..

dont listen to the usual suspects m8 wink yea i agree that there seams to be issues with the wireless side of the shub..but apart from that it works just fine...

edit: power levels are all spot on as well

Yes, the superhub seems to work fine for some and drive others demented. I too have had very few issues and usually get >35Mbs over the wire and >25Mbs most places in the house over wireless. I'm hoping for better speed over wireless with the new firmware+bridge mode, but generally very happy. (The 5GHz band gives a better connection but some of my adapters don't like it.) Yes, I know about dongles but don't really want more expense! The VM one works very well, by the way - worth a try if your wireless is flakey.

Dell Studio 15 with Win7 64bit and 4GB RAM
VM 50 Mbps
IE9

Advent laptop/Dell Inspiron 6000
Netgear 2200 via BT line (8Mbs).
BT Option 3
IE8 and OE6
