Settings for the black hub - slow!

Hi,

I have just had one of these new black devices, I have one of the old perfectly working netgear hubs with the modem separate (however the modem was taken by the engineer so I can't connect the old modem up).

I'm getting just 0.2-0.5 mbps down and 0 mbps upload - Much slower than my 3G hotspot!

Any one have any suggestions

Wireless speeds poor?

First check with an ethernet cable.
