I just wondered if anyone in the Torbay area (or maybe Plymouth, Newton Abbot or Exeter) was having problems with the broadband service this evening?
My broadband was running fine up until about half an hour ago. I restarted the Super Hub and now it's coming up with Access Denied on the connectivity state of the Super Hub connection status. I've also found that the Tivo is reporting issues with network availability and I can't seem to call Virgin on any of the numbers I can find for them (150, 151, 0845 numbers) although calling my mobile is working.
At the moment I'm tethered on my phone and I also can't access the Virgin web site. Just wondering if anyone else was experiencing any issues?
